My Special Pasta Garemy (Creamy Pasta with Chicken: A variation of "Pasta Alfredo with Chicken")
Hi, today I want to share a dish I shouldn't be sharing because I'm supposed to be following a meal plan, but since last friday, I've been cooking pretty much out of the meal plan (spring break time, my excuse ;)). So yes, this dish is not something you should eat daily but it's something everyone should try at least once in their lives, that's why I decided to post it. I first thought it was my husband's and I invention, but few months ago I tried something called "Pasta Alfredo with Chicken" which I had never ever tried or seen. The ingredients are pretty similar but this is "our" style, hope you give it a try and you enjoy it.

Cheeseburger (Lighter version)
This recipe is just the "healthy" version of a regular cheeseburger, by reducing calories and boosting the flavor. You can make it as "healthy" as you want, just by substituing ingredients. If you're trying to cut out calories, reduce your meat consumption, or add more vegetables in your burger, this is the way to do so. As always the recipe is just how I prepare it, but I give you some ideas to vary the recipe. It makes 2 burgers.

Banana Crepes, Not a Traditional Crepe
This banana crepe recipe is not the ordinary crepe recipe, these crepes contain the banana within the mix (however, you can put them in the crepe or over if you wish), and you can even healthify it by substituing the ingredients for healthier ones, I'm gonna give you the recipe just as I prepare them, and with a few ideas of subtitutes on the side to make it as healthy as you like. As the process is different from traditional crepes, it might not come out as great-looking the first time, but they're so delicious and nutritious that it's worth to keep trying. The recipe makes 4 to 6 crepes depending on their size.

Molten Chocolate Cake
I just had this for dessert, and I have to say I'm in love. It's so easy, you just need an oven, a bit of flour, sugar, eggs, butter, chocolate chips/buttons, vanilla if you wish, a whisk (or a fork), a bowl and that's it! It doesn't need to chill for hours in the fridge, this is the kind of recipes I like, easy, fast, you just mix, bake and eat. Love it! The recipe makes about 4 portions, but you can decide if you want to make smaller or bigger portions out of it.

Fresh Cucumber Flavored Water.
This flavored water is so fresh and light, one of my favorites. I got this recipe from a friend of mine few years ago (I said I didn't use to cook, but this is not cooking, so I have prepared this many times since I first tried it at my friends house). All I can say is this is so easy to make and so yummy.
Creamy Broccoli Soup.
It would be a lie to say this is the best creamy soup ever, because I love ALL creamy soups so much, but this is the best broccoli soup I've ever tried, creamy but light still, this is a recipe I tried and then I modified it a bit to my taste.
Welcome!
This blog, just as my other blog, works as a diary to me (well, a recipe book in this case). I just decided that I got more recipes all over my house, desk, magazines and computer than I can handle, I was about to start compiling them into an Excel document, but it's a while I don't get into those things and it's taking me ages...
