Cheeseburger (Lighter version)

This recipe is just the "healthy" version of a regular cheeseburger, by reducing calories and boosting the flavor. You can make it as "healthy" as you want, just by substituing ingredients. If you're trying to cut out calories, reduce your meat consumption, or add more vegetables in your burger, this is the way to do so. As always the recipe is just how I prepare it, but I give you some ideas to vary the recipe. It makes 2 burgers.

Ingredients:

-110 grs (4 oz) of ground beef, 93% lean (or ground turkey, chicken, or the meat of your preference)

-2 celery stalks chopped (more or less, you could substitute the celery with grated carrots)
-1/4 onion chopped (more or less)
- 2 Burger buns (or if you wanna go "lighter", substitute your buns for 4 toasted portobello mushroom)
-Sauces (mustard, ketchup, spacy sauce or any other you like)
-Vegetables of your choice (tomato, lettuce, onions, pickles, avocado, etc)
-And of course, cheese, the one you preffer (the ideal would be some kind of low fat cheese, of course)

Instructions:

1. Mix the first 3 ingredients to make your patties, divide it into 2 balls of similar size and shape the patties with your hand.

2. Preheat a pan and cook your patties as you like, you don't even need to use any oil. I generally go for about 5 minutes on each side, to make sure it completly cooks inside.

3, Prepare the way you preffer, and enjoy!
